Immediate Acquisitions was founded with our clients in mind. Our staff has over 50 years of combined experience in real estate and fractional ownership. Many of us have been owners of TS units in the past and experienced first hand the challenges and large expense of ownership. Others have worked helping owners like you out of their unwanted units, transferring many thousands since Immediate Acquisitions was founded in 2006.
We understand that many TS owners have used their unit for many years and are just recently feeling the pinch of the escalating expense and limited availability of the units they once enjoyed. We also meet with hundreds of owners every month that are now renting TS units for less than what they are paying in maintenance fees. These owners tell us they enjoy renting the units because it is often less expensive and they can travel without being locked into a maintenance contract for the rest of their lives (and that of their children when they inherit the unit).
