Welcome to the Immediate Acquisitions Blogger!

Hello and welcome to the new blogger home for Immediate Acquisitions, LLC. If you are looking for information on our company this is a good place to start. Immediate Acquisitions was founded with our clients in mind. Our staff has over 50 years of combined experience in real estate and fractional ownership. Many of us have been owners of TS units in the past and experienced first hand the challenges and large expense of ownership. Others have worked helping owners like you out of their unwanted units, transferring many thousands since Immediate Acquisitions was founded in 2006.

We understand that many TS owners have used their unit for many years and are just recently feeling the pinch of the escalating expense and limited availability of the units they once enjoyed. We also meet with hundreds of owners every month that are now renting TS units for less than what they are paying in maintenance fees. These owners tell us they enjoy renting the units because it is often less expensive and they can travel without being locked into a maintenance contract for the rest of their lives (and that of their children when they inherit the unit).

If you have come here looking to be relieved of the burdan of your contract, then you will be happy to learn that Immediate Acquisitions is the only large-scale timeshare acquirer that does not charge an upfront fee, ever! This is extremely important in this day in age when many of our clients have paid one or more listing or advertising companies to sell their unit with no results. Immediate Acquisitions is NOT a listing or resale company and charges no upfront fee for our services. If you decide to accept our acquisition offer you are immediately relieved of your obligation to future maintenance fees, taxes and special assessments.

  3. We have heard your presentation and promises, however, have yet to see results for over a year. It feels like you took our money and ignored us.

  4. The phone numbers either do not work any longer or you must leave a message so Immediate Acquisitions can return your call. It may take up to three weeks to get a call back, or they may not ever call back.

Better customer service would better present your company as a legitimate business. As of now, it has elements of fraud.
